Yes! All of our apartments are fully furnished. Each suite boasts its own wet bar, built-in beverage center, stainless steel mini fridge, cabinets, granite countertops, a built-in desk top, and a private full-size bathroom. Common areas include a flat-screen TV, patio or balcony, full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, hardwood-style flooring, and granite countertops.
In order to secure a space in one of our East Main Quarters apartments, we require a guarantor. Applicants who do not have a guarantor must meet certain credit and income requirements. Contact us today with any questions.
